Just got the email and my blue sim is up and running. All services working.
Hi sblake5 Did you happen to check if all your services on Blue work? Right now i can't receive calls i can't get get text in or out I can call out and I can use data Monika told me it would take 5 to 6 hours for all the services to work some people are having this same issue

Currently on a temp Pink SIM. I have 5G service. For reference, my phone is Moto One 5G Ace. Supports low band 5G for T-mobile but not the mm Bands.
I'm good. Pink is working far better than I expected. Glad I went with Google Voice and didn't port, though.
Well, my account got ported from pink to blue in error and they had to figure that whole fiasco out. I had no service on either. Now going back to pink with new SIM being shipped out.

I rarely go out in places where coverage for T-mobile would ever be an issue. I also couldn't care less for Wifi calling for that same reason. To each their own.
Well, my blue service was working fine after the migration but as of this morning, I can only make calls and access data. No incoming calls or texts.

wait for 4 to 6 hours after contacting support..... you will receive text message from ATT saying device will receive incoming calls

sblake5: Same here as of Sunday 1/16 still not receiving calls and text in and out not working. Monika replied to my message last Friday said 4 to 6 hours. I'll just be patient as this is not my primary phone.
Update: All My Sevices Are Now Working As Of Monday 1/17
Okay, my blue sim is now fully functional as of 4pm today my time. Monika was very helpful during the process.

I want to put my SIM in another phone, not the one I registered with
