No issues with my tmobile sim this month. I'm still under 10gb though.
No issues with my blue sim either. Ever. Only with the codes.
Yeah, keep the blue sim under 22 Gb and you’re good. It’s definitely the best experience between the 3 options Freemii has. Just video is throttled. And I’m getting “This information is not available for your account type” as well when dialing *3282#. Used to work earlier
10gb reached and my pink sim is saying I am out of data
It worked really well up until 10gb. So anyone signing up to pink consider it a 10gb plan with a hard cut off.
Since it has been so quiet on the FreeMii topic i thought i would mention that i activated my sim on August 24 2020. So on January 24 2021 i will have been using the servive on ATT for five months. The service has been working good.
5 months for me on the AT&T sim on Feb. 9th. Working well for me, too.
About 3 months into my Blue membership without issues. Best month so far used 24.5gb of data, no interruptions.
Visiting Alma, MI and just ran this speed test. Pretty remarkable, though not indicative of my normal results.
4 months for me, just under the wire for the $149 rate. Happy camper. (Blue Network)
No news is good news it seems. I hope this FreeMii thread remains quiet for years to come. Hopefully, FreeMii will raise the Pink and Red sims to the same monthly GB level as the AT&T sim.
My pink sim is great up to 10gb. Once you hit 10gb though it basically has had enough. And when the monthly renewal comes round it doesn't renew automatically if you've gone over 10gb so you have to contact support. Bit of a pain.
I get 5g though.
Not unlimited but I reckon it is worth about $20 a month as is. So I'll need about 9 months to break even on pink. My att signal is weak so swapping is not an option.
My biggest problem with freemii is that they know about these limitations and won't do anything to fix them. Either fix it or change the marketing to 10gb a month for life. But you can't claim unlimited, know it isn't and that there will be issues and take people's money regardless.
Do we still have someone on the red sim who can report whether exceeding the data cap still also disables calls and texts, and mmfacemm, can you report whether that happens on pink?
If Red is a 9GB cutoff that breaks your whole plan and Pink is a 10GB cutoff on data only, I'd say we've also got a pretty clear second place.
Pink is definitely second place going from the discussion in this thread. No speed caps etc. But it is a distant second place. I think I could call/text after data cut off. Will check next time it happens.
I am a pink user myself and it's been a pain in the butt to set up on my iPhone 12 pro. I had to look and input all the apn settings on my own, and I have noticed that the carrier says "Home" rather than "Verizon" like on the red plan that I used to have. I also noticed that FaceTime is not available on cellular data but just on WiFi, and also visual voicemail is not available at all.
anyone out there with the pink plan and an iPhone have gotten these to work? Or am I missing something?
Besides those things Pink seems to be very solid in NY area, and I can't really complain on the speeds. I use cellular data on another plan so I make sure I stay under the 10GB limit.
lastly how were you able to get 5G? What phone do you use, and what are your apn settings? Do you also get "Home" as your carrier name? I am very intrigued!
Thank you
Hello there. I'm using it on a samsung a71 5g. With speeds like yours there is no need for 5g.
Home is the default name shown when the carrier has not programmed one in. It is common on tmobile mvnos. Nothing to worry about and nothing you can do about it. Mine shows Home as well.
I'm just using the fast.t-mobile.com apn which is a standard tmobile one. You could also try the pwg one since the freemii pink service is provided through pwg.

From earlier you had the alpha apn which is the standard one for iphones so you may be stuck with that one on ios. I don't know if the others will work on iphones or not. I don't usually tinker with my iphone as it normally decides the best one for itself.
Oh I've changed the apn from alpha, to all the combinations of T-Mobile apns and they all seem to work. I do like to tinker with my gadgets so I was trying to figure out why the carrier would choose to give 5G to some devices and not to others. Besides that I'll just have to figure out the FaceTime, and the visual vm feature. I do ironically have personal hotspot available but I don't want to touch that to not risk the FreeMii membership
Freemii now costs $399 upfront and $149+$99 per line to renew.
Beginning of the end?
Wow! This looks way over the top. Who will pay $400 up front and the exorbitant yearly fee for unlimited t&t + 9 or 10 GBs per month to an unproven cell service company? I'm surprised FreeMii would even think these prices looked somewhat rational.
I saw the same link on instagram (https://join.freemii.com/offer1). Service for $149, with or without a free phone or tablet. The main page has the higher rate. The renewal of $149 plus $99 per line makes me wonder if this is a family plan. I don't know. As usual, it looked like they are making changes but without updating all their website pages.
Edited to correct autocorrect
Also noticed on the instagram ad that PayPal was an optional paying method, which I thought FreeMii has done away with some time ago.
