Had my second fail with the Red Network, but my Blue is doing great. I've given up on Red for a while. Found that with the Pixel 3 I picked up, the AT&T signal is just strong enough.
I've been trying to sign up a pink sim for a little over a week but no luck so far.
They let me buy at the original price since I was in contact with them sorting out some issues before they raised the prices. That was good of them. Customer service has been pretty responsive throughout via email.
I completed my first month on Red almost 2 weeks ago, and today is the end of the month on my Blue line. Aside from my continued disappointment of Red's 5/2 speed throttle, I've had no issues so far since activation. Neither line got above 8gb data use. (Lots of time within wifi range.)
Pro tip: to setup voice mail on Blue with android, you need to install the AT&T Visual Voicemail app and set it up through there.
Hmm...I just called my own number, as advised by some one here, and set up voice mail. Doesn't really matter, as I port my number to Google Voice. I'm also pretty happy with the Blue network service...had to give up on Red.
Pretty much my situation also except on blue, I just pressed and held '1' and it took me to voicemail setup. Did you have any problem getting the refund for your red network service? I had to open a dispute through my financial institution but it's all settled now.
Went back through the posts and found this bit of info. With 3 days left (according to my device) here's my useage so far, now over 23gb as recorded by device.
It worked for me the first time I tried it. Since then it's worked 4 out of the 10 times I've checked. The other 6 times, I get that same "not available for your account type" message. It's odd.
