My take is the founders of FreeMii were somewhat inexperienced about, and didn't fully think through, what many customers would assume when they saw the phrase "unlimited data". If FreeMii had just clearly stated in their headlines what unlimited data meant in terms of FreeMii's restrictions on daily, monthly, and lifetime usage, then they could have avoided the appearance of making false claims, and I think many people would have still signed up while thinking it a good deal in spite of the restrictions.
My blue AT&T line is disconnected I left message with CS to check on this. Has anyone here experienced this, on the blue line?
Thanks
My AT&T phone is working fine. I checked when the website went down earlier today and again just now. It may be a local problem in your area, but who knows? As far as my phone goes, I have never had a disconnection, so far.
My blue line is also working. Haven't had a problem with it since it activated on Sep 1. My red line is gone and has been refunded although I had to put pressure on them to get the refund.
I've only had Blue active for 2 weeks and nearly 4gb data. No issues so far.
Thank you all for the replies I checked my vzw red line. So far still working
Pretty much. They claim unlimited data but it’s not even close. Had they just said hey guys 22 Gb lte on at&t and 9 GB/month on Verizon no one would really complain
Did they respond to your PayPal claim? Or how’d it go down
They added this to their site now. " Annual Renewal Fee $49 " WTF i wonder if this applies to new members only or all members.

I filed the dispute through my financial institution who contacted PayPal.. Between the two, they handled everything.

FreeMii | Get Nationwide Wireless. Every Month Free.
On the 2nd page of this thread, @ajzwilli posted:
'There is a $49 annual "membership fee" to pay as well, but that is being waived for "life" for members that sign up now.
From a Facebook post:
FreeMii - Hi, feel free to check out or FreeMii Pre-Launch Deal: $149 membership fee, and the $49 annual membership renewal fee is waived for life! With 100 days money back guarantee!'
Let's hope this still remains true.

Have there been issues with the pink sim?
Here is the only info I have seen concerning the pink sim:

I totally agree. I am with FreeMii for a week and so far so good.. No issues at all. I am on Pink (Tmobile). Speed is around 50 MB

OK, against my better judgement, I went ahead and tried the Red network again. Not porting my number right away, but willing to give them another try. My question: While waiting for the SIM to get activated, is it OK to have it in the phone, or should I wait, or does it matter?
As for porting, that's no longer an available option since October 1, unless you ordered a sim before the 1st. So it's good you didn't want to.
As for having the sim in the phone, it didn't make any difference as far as I could tell. Of course my Red activation took 12 days last month. Hopefully yours will go much quicker.
Good luck!

I assume you've already done the freemii.com/activate step, so I assume if you just follow the 2 remaining instructions all will be well.
Since the instructions for 4G activation say to remove the sim card if installed, etc., it would not seem to make a difference until you get to that step.

I got in under the limit for porting, so I'm all set there. Thanks.

Thanks for reminding me about those steps....I had read them before, but forgot. According to Monika, the card should be activated in 24 hours. We'll see.
Appreciate the reply.
Update: My Blue line was back on Monday 10/26 after leaving message on Sunday 10/25 My red line went out on Monday 10/26 then was back on Tuesday 10/27. seems like tech support moving a little faster in resolving disconnect issues once reported.
Has anybody had any contact with CS in the last couple of days? I've emailed a couple of times, and no response,
Did you click the blue button on Freemii website ? The chat is offline now but you can leave a message, you usually receive a EMail with a support ticket #. I did and the responded the next day. If they are on the chat line they usually respond 5 to 10 mins if not sooner.
