Just a warning, my red network service was interrupted because I switched the sim to another device. I have been assured that it can be restored and they are working on that now. So, for those who asked about this earlier, don't try it! They can detect it if only on the red network.
I guess if you want to swap devices you need to contact cs about replacing the sim at a cost of 49.00 (79.00 if you switch networks) It would be interesting if someone would try swapping the blue sim device to device. I did this on an experiment and the sim does work including hotspot device. I didn’t want to press my luck to hard I replaced the blue sim back to my original registered device. I’d like to see freemii sell hotspot data only membership
The other ironic thing is you registered a devise in visible that sim can be moved device to device as long as the device has cdma radios
The Sprint network ties a sim to a specific device and they are not plug and play. The Verizon network can also tell what device a sim is in but they are plug an play. On T Mo and AT&T they don't link IMEI's to ICCID's so I really doubt that they would have any way of telling what device the sim is in.

You are right about the 25.00. That is the cost of the sim plus another 20.00 to activate the replacement sim. I been quoted either 45.00 or 49.00 could be 4.00 shipping fee?
My understanding (possibly flawed) is that all carriers, including GSM, can see what phone you are using, as it's reported on all interactions with the carrier.
Although the capability is there, GSM carriers have traditionally not cared about it. (Metro being the outlier-- a GSM provider that does not allow SIM swapping,. which is both an exception to the general rule, and likely evidence that the capability exists.)
In regards to FreeMii, since they seem to be relying on another enabler for network service, the capability of enforcing a ban against SIM-swapping on GSM networks would rely on their partner's willingness to do so. I have no idea whether this is a significant roadblock or not.
Just checked the customer care section....they just updated the changing details there to make that more clear.
I seen this too. 45.00 includes activation of new sim. 4.00 more for network swap

No I sent them a screen recording of the issues and told them to swap to pink but I haven’t heard back. It’s still not working
FreeMii just increased the price of membership to $198 plus tax and activation. Just bought a 2nd membership and total was $232. Oh, and no more PayPal.
Wonderful. I guess the replacement sim is going up as well I did see the replacement cost is 79.00
Oh well. Procrastinated and missed out. Hopefully the increase in price so soon doesn't spell the impending end for you guys.

I don't see any change for the replacement. Still $25 + $20 for replacement, and $49 + $20 for network change.
This is a noobie question, but when it says "your old SIM will become inactive" or whatever, are they referring to my current Verizon
SIM, or a FreeMii SIM?
It's a bit misleading and confusing. It only applies if you are porting (transferring) your current phone number over to FreeMii. Just like any carrier, if you port your number to a new provider, it will stop working on your old provider once the the transfer (activation) is complete.
If you are not transferring a number, no old sims will be deactivated.
