Any successful instant swap so far?

No, the swaps are separate from payment requests. Support tells me that now, there is no limits on the amount, or number of requests. When I was doing mine, there was a $100 limit per e-check, and I'm in limbo on one of the requests, but that's another story...

Thanks. Ive been holding off on doing a payment request. So I believe my confusion stems from terminology and not knowing what additional steps are required beyond the first page that looks like the screenshot. A step by step in the FAQ would help a lot.

I am going to complete the process. Let's see how it goes.

I also been holding off. Maybe i should try before it is too late.
Swiping for nothing is not a good prospect

If I understand correctly, cellnuvo refuses to pay out on instant swap requests now, right?

O I C, you guys have been holding off from instant swaps. I thought you mean cellnuvo has been holding off from paying out on instant swaps.

Sorry.

Any idea why "swaps" and "payment requests" are done as separate steps?

IMHO

to slow down the process

I requested payout of a $6 swap weeks ago but nothing happened. I forgot to screen shot it, there is no record of it. Kind of lost interest in it.

Was it you or Cellnuvo who lost interest?:cheer: I don't see any plausible reason why it takes 6-10 days to issue these checks.

If there's no record of it, perhaps it's as simple as submitting the request again. Not as good as going through successfully the first time......but the end result should be the same.

Sometimes you can't request again thru the app. It'll say something to the effect that there's already a request pending. But if you contact support, they can go in and fix it.

Are you saying this from your personal experience @I_one_2? Could you please elaborate...?

Yes. Sometimes , after trying to do as @KentE suggested, the app will throw an error or a message that a prior request is pending. Nothing more the user can do to fix it but support can fix it.

Support didn't fix anything for you, did it? I understand that you're feeling hurt by one of @KentE comments. Do you want to talk about it?

ISSUE

HELPFUL SUGGESTION #1

IF #1 FAILS

I_one_2 is not the only one to report this error-- including in the first page of this thread. I'd kind of forgotten about it when I posted earlier.

I didn't go through the multiple threads around the change to the new structure, but I recall some had indicated that the issue persisted for those making a point swap during the first couple of 3.6xx revisions, even if the e-check ro gift card wasn't requested until later, when the app had apparently been patched to work more reliably for payment requests. From his description, dmarkson's request might fall into this group, and I think I-one-2's suggestion is timely.

I wrote this on 3/22 after 3.66 app update:

"This update did nothing for me. I have $200 accumulated through "instant" swaps. I have $100 request pending as of March 15, and when asking for the second $100 e-check, I'm still getting: "Pending Purchase - Transaction Cancelled" error"

https://www.nthcircle.com/forum/cellnuvo/2569-cellnuvo-app-update-3-66#35692

...and this on 3/29 after 3.67 app update:

"No success - exactly the same for me after this upgrade and complete uninstall and reinstall of the app"

https://www.nthcircle.com/forum/cellnuvo/2594-new-cellnuvo-app-update#36027

Contrary to the statement: " But if you contact support, they can go in and fix it", from my personal experience, support still CAN NOT fix it as of today 3/31, even though I already deposited my first, requested on 3/15, $100 in the bank.

I too was unable to get support to fix the "pending purchase" error. Nor anyone else I know. They advised me to wait for the update which didn't help either.

At least it is April tomorrow and that should fix it for us ceka since it gets reset every month.

The 3/15 request. Was it for e-check or Amazon?

Cellnuvo is past 10 business days??

Did you ask support for an update? Any response?

Ty

I got an e-check on 3/27 lexusl21. As far as support - same experience as mmfacemm
