You stated on 24th March that you were holding off with payments and then received a 404 Error.
Now suddenly you have experience of pending transaction errors and have had support fix them? Both ceka and I have not been able to get support to fix it. Odd to say the least.
Here is a message I got today from support regarding pending transaction error:
"Your $ in echecks were issued a few days ago but the $ has not yet deducted (should be soon)- once you see it has deducted, please reactivate the app on the latest version and you should be set to request more payments (may need to clear the system first). Thanks!"
@I_one_2, when you said: "But if you contact support, they can go in and fix it", I thought you were just being sarcastic, but now I know, you were ahead of the time
I think cellnuvo has a problem in getting paid from ad vendors. When it said someone abused the system, that someone is some ad vendors who refused to pay, but cellnuvo has owed us. That also explains why there is no ad now.
I have 4 month swaps myself so can understand your concerns but I am pretty confident we will get paid. And that is not some emotional feeling but thinking logically on the facts:
Ad droughts in April/May may make it feel like the situation is dire but with ad providers taking up to 4 months to pay - our July payments should come out of money earned from ad views earlier on in the year when ads were decent like in Feb/early March.
As well as from cash reserves built up... after all they returned all our amazon installments and stopped carrier payments so have given themselves several months of limited cash outflow.
And the fact that limited availability of instant/1/2 month swaps makes it pretty difficult for anyone to cash out huge amounts before July.
An easy way to build up cash is to stop instant/1/2 month swaps but they haven't done that. They keep getting topped up regularly. So that is a good sign they are on top of cashflow.
They know exactly how much we all want paying out in July so have plenty of time and data to work with to ensure they have enough cash by then. It is hard to imagine how anyone could screw it up. But yes this is cellnuvo...
The CFO supposedly used to be a big 4 accountant so should be able to manage it.
But yes always a chance that things could fail miserably despite all of this. And cellnuvo haven't exactly shown good business sense lately.
