I am getting ready to port my husband out of Ting today. It is quite expensive compared to other options.
It is not about letting "negativity" "bitterness" and "anger" consume you, that is just a bit over the top..
I would not recommend them to anyone and would not use their services again and that does not make me "angry" and "bitter" and consuming me, it is just expressing a simple matter of fact.
The tactics Ting used can certainly not be construed as good customer service to say the least. What is done is done, but why white wash it.
