"We have preloaded all accounts with service credits that you can use any way you wish, for example 1667 texts or 250 minutes or 250MB of data. Or some combination of all three."
Based on the usage you have reported you should not have a problem. It may be the case the preloading has not been properly booked yet if you have not been given the opportunity to accept Terms and Conditions. What might have happened is similar to the migration to Ting where members were given a minimal amount of airtime before having to accept Terms and Conditions.
Anyone knows how I can check the balance of my Minutes/Texts/Data?
When I checked my line at Red Pocket Mobile Refill it appears to be pre-loaded with the $10 Essentials plan: 500 Minutes, 500 Texts, 100 MB @ 4G LTE. But CN states "We have preloaded all accounts with service credits that you can use any way you wish, for example 1667 texts or 250 minutes or 250MB of data. Or some combination of all three" (https://cellnuvo.com/update.html)
Has anyone been successful in getting CN to do a refill with our silvers? The 100MB gets eaten up very quickly.
50 MB gets eaten up very quickly, too. We're trying to get CellNuvo to provide more data to a device after it transitioned to the new platform & used up the allotted 50 MB without having to purchase more data from Red Pocket. I know trying to get data for free likely gets no sympathy, but we were hoping that the CellNuvo silver (the device has ~ 157,000) can be converted to data. An email to CellNuvo support about the foregoing hasn't received response.
Data Usage screen on device. The data count for Android devices with a single SIM usually resets to zero on ##72786# or Hands Free Activation. Device says 50.33 MB used. No more data is useable, unless a refill at Red Pocket is done.
I get no response from cellnuvo. I send them email about phone not working, send them email asking what happens to existing silver .. now it seems just waste of time. I have a very low usage unless travelling and if needed for emergency but looking at what happened so far, do you guys think its worth it to have cellnuvo as primary line? Does anyone know any other reliable low cost service .. I am thinking of moving to H2O wireless pay as you go .. my worry is, I don't want to get stranded when travelling and have no working cell phone. I read online and noticed some people use as an extra line but uses some other service for the main line .. what is the benefit of doing that when you already have a service on the 1st line.
