Well, it better be within 11 day cycles, as I have no plan to budget for that at this time. Worst case, the line will colapse due to no billing on file (card on file is empty). If it gives me too much more trouble, then free it goes and that’s the end of what could have been a great paying relationship once my rewards were paid out. To be honest, this is starting to look bad. Too many inconsistencies and incorrect expectations.
Seems like a lot of customers on paid accounts could be caught in the gap if it's 2 billing cycles.. I hope it's 2 refresh cycles, which likely happen daily.
For what it's worth, my account balance is now showing correctly on the FreeUP website.

Glad that (it looks like) everyone is being "made whole" again as far as their account balances are concerned. If I recall correctly, FreeUP's message re: ending their rewards said something about everything getting re-credited by October 3rd, so if they only took an extra day or two to get things fixed, that's not bad for this MVNO!
