If Cellnuvo is willing to pay, I don't understand why Tello is not willing to accept payment for my account.
Furthermore, if Cellnuvo is willing to pay Sprint, ATT, Tmobile, Verizon, and RP, what makes it so unacceptable to pay Tello?

Maybe Tello requires more than phone number to receive payment. E.g., maybe it requires login & password of subscriber.
