FreeUP coupons not crediting

Both of my accounts are credited through the 30th and I have been getting credited for 7 coupons a day. Also, today, the 1st, there are new coupons on the site; however, the site indicates a total of only 114 coupons available in all categories, which, unless more new ones are added during this month, will not be a sufficient number to reach the magical 210=7 printed coupons a day X 30 days. So let's hope that FU at least doubles the 114 coupon availability number during each month so the .70 cents a day advertisement is not false, for 114 X .10 only equals $ 11.40, whereas under the old system 114 x .25=$28.50----or 2x.25=.50x30=$15 a month.

I've always printed coupons for both of our lines from a single phone. I wonder if printing from a dedicated phone for each account would avoid the co-mingling of "limit reached" observed by Chelle and tech-stitch.

tech-stitch posted earlier on this thread: "New coupons are typically added / rotated every month. Worst case, print from another device, as the limit is per device (last time I checked)."

So it's worth a try. I haven't paid attention as to whether printing a coupon once sets the "limit reached" flag or if the flag goes up after the coupon has been printed twice. If the later, then the 114 number would be doubled to 228, which would be nice.

Thanks-- I missed that.
I've been confused about the "limit reached" flag, since I've never seen it printing on a phone. After exploring last night, I realize it's tied to the question I asked earlier about coupon offers that take you to another subsection (when viewed on the phone app)-- that's where I see the "limit reached" notation.

I've always avoided the "open a new window" coupons because signing in, or whatever, is required and it doesn't appear, though perhaps I'm wrong, one can print a coupon there and get credited. On my desktop pc, the flagged "limit reached" coupons are located at the bottom of the coupon page, and the amount there was growing large until new coupons were introduced today.

That's what I just started doing.

I can share is that we have used the coupons.com site for years now to save on our groceries and other needs.

They have always had a two prints per coupon limit per device used. Some coupons can only be printed once. Those are typically the ones that read "one coupon per person / household per day."

Depending on the manufacturer, each coupon will also have a maximum number of prints (e.g. 4,000 unique copies). That said, available coupons vary by demand (all users including other non-freeup ones).

That considered, take advantage of as much as you can early in the month and if you run out of prints, use another device.

After printing 7 coupons today, I noticed there are now 127 coupons available for crediting ( more than yesterday's 114 ) and I did not see any coupons with the "limit reached" flag. So I guess this is good.

Yep, new month, new coupons and resets.

The available coupons number for printing is 133 today, so 114 on the 1st of June, 127 on the second, and today 133. Let's hope this trend continues.

That is always great news for us all relying on coupons for paying the FreeUp bill.

Checked both accounts now that is a new month and see the crediting was flawless on all the days I printed until the introduction of the 7*10 deal (no missing coupon credits). Noticing on some days that 6 out of the 7 credited for the (last few days). Still not bad, but my flawless record of crediting has now dropped by 2 unaccounted coupons. Will report again as time goes by. The process I first shared remains the same (no changes).

As best as I can tell I'm credited correctly for 7 x .10 up to yesterday 6/2.I guess because I'm trying videos between ad prints I've been getting 8-10 video credits per day too.

Same here with coupons credited through 6/2. I purposely printed only 6 coupons on one account one day to check for accuracy. So far the 7X10 crediting has been accurate apart from the first few transitional days.

I randomly get credited for 2 to 7 coupons, each day. No idea why.

Instant crediting would let me know right away if I needed to keep printing coupons to get maximum credit.

Credited 7 x .10 for 6/3.

I received the following email in response to my 5/24 inquiry about the.07 coupon rewards snafu. Why FU didn't catch the error before users did and why we had to report the errors along with not being informed of the change to.10 crediting is telling, for it seems there is a troublesome gap between what FU CS knows and what billaway.com is doing, which shouldn't be the case. Also, the failure to address the loss of credits users incurred because of the errant transition is telling as well.

"Hi Joe Public,

Thank you for reaching out to us. You are right, you are supposed to be receiving .10 per print session. There May have been a very short period between the old system (of .25 per print) and the new reward system that had a different amount. It would have only been a day or two. I will look into this to confirm.

I see that the amounts are correct now though and match what is written on the site and app.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Sincerely,

Phoebe

Prints for both accounts credited in full (X7 - 06/03).

Credited for 7 x .10 for 6/4.

Only 2, here. And 3 on my mother's.
