FreeUP coupons not crediting

My last credit was the 8th. And today is the 12th. Happy Mothers Day to all the Mom's out there!

Same here. I don't know whether to attribute that to the old no-credits-issued-on-weekends, or to suspect a tie-in to the problem still existing on the app to redirect the main coupon route to faststart.com

9th is last crediting for me, too. FU employees are busy with Mother's Day weekend.

I show credits with dates up to 05/10 which is typical for me to have the crediting for the weekend to post on Monday.

Edit: On both.

I show coupon credits now up to 5/12.

Same here.

All credits posted for both accounts as well despite having to use someone's PC to do this since I was out of town.

My mom got most credits, I got about half of them.

Got my coupon credits for 5/13.

Copy that.

Credited for coupons for 5/14.

So far, all coupons have credited on both accounts without issue (aside from the typical weekend delay).

I restarted printing again.
5/12 - credit for 2 of 2 printed ads
5/14 - credit for 1 of 2 printed ads

Credit for coupons on 5/15.

EDIT:

Credit for 5/16 as well.

Coupon credits up till yesterday 5/19.

As can be seen via the screenshot, I'm credited up to 5/19 with some extra credits to boot.

I've got some extra credits, but I've also got missing credits.

In my case, they roughly equal out.

The triple challenge of getting FreeUP credit:

  1. Sometimes the PDF image doesn't generate and, despite getting the "Your coupon printed correctly" message, you won't actually get credit.

  2. Sometimes you don't get credit even when everything appeared to work correctly.

  3. Sometimes you get credit in the rewards summary but your reward total stays the same. I've had this happen about 8 times. The rewards are there-- plain as day-- but my total stayed the same.

So you have to get over quite a few hurdles to get credit.

And, obviously, now the credits have been reduced, so you have to print a lot more coupons.

I'd love to see instant crediting so that we know if we're printing coupons for fun or for profit.

Oh, I don't look forward to having to tote up a few pages of rewards to see if the total is correct...... :frowning:

I don't pay enough attention to what my total is each day-- but maybe I should start.

Speaking of triple things that can trip one up, how is it that at least three sets of instructions that FU has provided for setting up data on Android differ from one another? The instructions that came with my two sim cards differed from one another, and they differ from the data setup video on the website. Perhaps the instructions are close enough to create no big problems in the end, but the inconsistency is indicative of FU as a whole and causes one to wonder if the seasoned veterans running the show may have received the wrong type of seasoning, for some seasonings are much better than others.
As has been pointed out, FU's phone deals are nicely priced without the rewards and even better if one can knock $7 off one' monthly bill, but the feeling that one is dealing with a quasi-fly-by-night business is not pleasant.
