Just checked my email: I didn't get this one on my account that has an outstanding ticket, but I did get what appears to be a real, not auto-reply, response that indicates they're trying to follow up on my refill issue. (That response was from a couple of days ago.)
Just to clarify Tom says that the amazon integration won't be there when the new app is launched - it should just be the cell phone bill payments for now. The amazon part should be added next week or I guess the week after that. It would be good if it was in time for Christmas. Yes I know coming soon. We'll see

Under normal circumstances we would be very happy with this announcement email. But because of broken promises of the past. We are hesitant.

dont hold yoyr breath... first, it is much harder for cellnuvo to pay various vendirs than to pay just redpocket, so the app might not be ready on friday. second, cellnuvo does not have that kibd of money to make payments. imagine that every member rushes to cash out their golds...
Even if the app gets updated this weekend, I'm expecting some glitches. I can't imagine that the payment system is going to integrate nicely with every provider out there, and we may find that it simply won't work with some providers, or with some plans offered by some providers.

There are dozens of pitfalls some glaring some obscured. Are they capable of responding with the dexterity necessary? Their current strength is ignoring clients and avoiding conflict or follow-up with difficult issues.
I wasn't aware that the referral program needed "bringing back". I thought it was still supposed to be active though I did not receive referral credits on several lines during the many months prior to August and haven't received any since then.
