CellNUVO updated their website

CN in-app store top-up part II?

"Surprise honey! Get a load of this. I just signed a two years unlimited plan and got a brand new iPhone all for low monthly payments of just 50 golds. "

"That's great hon! Just wondering hon who's name is on the contract and who is responsible for the payments if your golds don't want to talk to you again? "

"Huh?"

Sounds like the perfect idea for a long-running drama series! (Hopefully the real-life event it's based on will be short lived).

THEN HE HUNG UP THE PHONE AND ASKED... WHOSE PHONE IS THIS?

Life is a risk

Your account. You are responsible for funds due

So try on existing cellular service

where in the setting can i enter my tello detail?

I think we will be waiting for the next update of the CN app.

So, no idea how to sign up a new line? Mentions a referral code, but where does one get a referral code?

It mentions quite a lot of things.

From a friend. But there is no where to sign up yet. As KentE says we are probably waiting for the next app update.

I don't think they should have the website up if it isn't ready. But I guess it is drumming up interest so it is probably doing what they wanted it to do.

Yep, I think so.

No CellNUVO app update on Google Play since 15 September and the Swipir app nothing since 21 July.

Suspect not just drumming up public interest, but trying to show their advertising backers that they are still commercially viable.

Agree they should not have put the website up if they weren't ready to relaunch.

Swipir seems to have changed direction too. No longer an app for lifeline phones and is instead focused on attracting businesses to add products/services to the cellnuvo store. www.swipir.com

Not surprising they went in another direction for Swipir with only 100-500 installs for lifeline phone purposes. Would also explain why they rushed their new website up before they could offer their new plans...it's bait to draw in businesses.

So true.

People, people people - realistically has anything actually changed? Are you any better off now than you were before the site revamp?

Read so many posts and can't help but be reminded of that guy/girl waiting for that call after a date with someone who promised they'd call. "S/He said s/he'd call. S/He promised. I just know s/he's gonna call."

I'm sorry if you've been slighted one too many times by such rejections.

Ahem. Has your service with CN improved in any way since the site revamp or are you STILL WAITING? . . . and hoping?

It's ringing, she just can't hear it because she lost the phone.

It's good sign that CN revamp its website even though its website hasn't fully operational yet. It shows CN is making big efforts to get back to the game and not lying down dead like others had predicted its demise. CN is small company, most of us get in free of activation fee by using referral codes. CN is not like Verizon with big staffs, store branches and big headquarter, but of course, Verizon comes with price....hefty monthly plans for those who choose them. Yes, Verizon has the manpower and the resources to instantly make changes and revamp its website at will...even changes every seconds, minutes, hours, however it wants!

Bottom line is we have to be patient. lf not, then either move to Verizon or cough up more money like paying $50 or more a month to CN, then CN will have the resources and manpower to do Verizon can do now. For now, I'd suggest use Tello, TPO or Tmobile has $3.00 plan prepaid if more convenience and let CN works out all the bugs and logistics...give it some space and time it needs to work magic with its limited resources and manpower!

Making suggestions are good and most likely appreciated by Tom and his team at CN but some repeated complaints about the sky is falling and the likes are getting very old.

What a terrible waste of money with redpocket!
