CellNuvo Check Delays

Strange-- I look at the same set of facts surrounding the brief Red Pocket/ CellNuvo pairing, and come to the opposite conclusion-- that Red Pocket couldn't successfully enable the CellNuvo inifinite plan, or indeed reliably index and report their own refill system or number registration for their standard plans. Regardless, it was a pairing that didn't work.

If the 2 month swap option was available, they only gained 2 months, not 4.

The above posts gave me the impression you actually saw the instant, 1 month and 2 month swap options opened up.

Maybe I missed it. Who else saw the 2 month when it was opened back up? Just wondering what the limit was when they saw it.

Seemed to run smooth for me for many months. I Was on the smaller plan to start with and then the essential 10 gold plan for many months. Things changed when swap plan was hatched. Redpocket and freedompop should be interesting.

If there were any instant,1 and 2 month swaps they would have been $100-300 in total at the most. Hardly worth consideration when there has been $10,000+ of 4 month swaps.

And with all pending payments on hold the time to get paid could be anywhere from months to never regardless of what swap you have anyway.

Did you happen to catch the instant, 1 or 2 month swap options when/if they were available? If so, what were the limits for those you saw? If you didn't actually see them, you have no definitive basis to assign values. Under those circumstances, your ". . $100-300 in total at the most" is pure speculation.

Also, you can't definitively say how much has been swapped under the 4 month option either. It has been explained that the limits change frequently. E.g., just because the limit might've been 20,000 yesterday and it's 500 today doesn't necessarily mean 15,000 worth of swaps were made overnight. The decrease could be the result of CN unilaterally adjusting the pay out limits.

All the old (pre-6/11) swaps and pending payments were not placed on hold. They were "cancelled and points returned to be swapped anew with the expectation cellnuvo gets it right (pays according to schedule)this time.

Technically correct, and I hadn't thought of that. The question is why would CellNuvo play games with changing limits on 4-month or longer swaps at this point? It's all pie-in-the-sky, no matter what the figure is, until/unless cash comes in or a reliable income schedule exists. I don't see a reason to manipulate it.

Cellnuvo Did Something Sneaky While Returning Swap Points

  1. Points earned
  2. Swap points and wait for however long the swap is ---> pending swaps
  3. Swap matures and cellnuvo dollars deposited in your account
  4. Request payment of cellnuvo dollars

If you were at stage 2 you got points returned

If you were at stage 3/4 nothing changed your cellnuvo dollars are still there in your account. If you were at stage 4 your payment request is still in the system waiting to be fulfilled ie what I referred to as "pending payments". Presumably those of us at stage 4 will be first to be paid.

So I am talking about stage 4 and you are thinking of stage 2. Hardly surprising with such a convoluted system and poor communication coming out of cellnuvo.

I agree with you, the process is a complete mess. I'm thinking when the cancellation announcement came out, people who had reached stage four were cancelled too. "Pending swaps" (stage 2) were cancelled and points quickly returned. I'm guessing Stage 4 swaps are those referred to as "current swaps." Why the points were not returned? Who knows? But I doubt any of those will see light of day before 2-4 months, if at all.

I had all swaps points returned . In swaps history it still shows swaps with mature day. Some 4 month . Some 9 months. I redid one of them 4 months out. Still no reply from steph. I asked if they will pay 4 months out . From nuvo support all I got was "were on it." On what? A cruise ship in bahamas

This is a 'loaded' question that might as well not be asked, because it can't possibly be answered in any way that you will likely find acceptable.

CN has implied that they'll try/hope to make payments in 4 months by offering them. We know that any payments are dependent on having income to pay out, and that they won't make payments on schedule if they haven't received income from vendors.

Even if we're being misled with the details given, there still can't be any answer other than "we hope to"......

I think it is plain and simple. If we do not see new/better steady ads real soon. That means cellnuvo was not paid for past payments and no new deal was made for new ads.

Cellnuvo got the shaft so they passing the shaft to us. Unfair to say the least.

I just want the truth whether its loaded or asking for the truth. Seems like they're keeping this low key so everybody keeps swiping. No mention of this in app or website. As bush once said

It's a loaded question because Cellnuvo caused it to be that way. A more innocuous approach might be to ask, has Cellnuvo gotten paid or does Cellnuvo expect to be paid any time soon? Or maybe, if the vendors never pay up, will I ever get paid? Or why don't you shut the app down until you can fund payments properly?

Hi there,
I do apologize for the delay- as we are still awaiting payment from our largest ad network, all pending swaps have been returned (please let me know if you do not see that your points have been returned and we'll look into it). We are changing our swap system (more than likely we will be only having instant swaps in the future, based on customer feedback). Once you see instant swaps available, you will be able to request for your points to be cashed out. Again, I apologize for the delay and please let me know if you have any other questions- thanks and have a great night.

Interesting...

So all points value now cut in half (rate for instant swap)?

Yes . Who the hell gave customer feedback for 50 off.
