Not sure which thread to post this, but I would like to get some help here.

My phone started working the other day, but I have just realized that I can't send MMS and that I can't get online with data. CellNUVO advised me to remove the sim card and re-insert it. I tried it but didn't work.

Does anyone have the same issue? Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you able to view the APN settings?

no, it doesn't. maybe I'm not looking at the right thing.

In that case, let's see if somebody has your exact model with MMS and data working and can confirm whether what you have in APN settings is correct.

That link shows note 4. My s4 for mms doesn't work either

I don't know how to check that on my galaxy s4. Thank you, though. I think I will try to ask Red Pocket.

Red Pocket was super helpful. I can now get online with data. Unfortunately, MMS still doesn't work. They had me change the MMSC URL to http://plspictures.com . It sounds like there have been issues with MMS. I was told to try again tomorrow.

What was the fix for data? - some others are having issues so it could be useful please.

I was told their doing maintenence on mms.so check back

I don't know what the fix was. Maybe they did something on their end?? We were trying to fix MMS issues first and then I was told to turn the data on, roaming off, wifi off (maybe something else.. sorry I can't remember). Then I realized it was working.

Sorry, I'm not much of a help at all, but I must say Red Pocket was a lot more helpful than CellNUVO.
