When was the last time you heard back from support?

I've sent Support 2-3 e-mails since October 11th regarding no service and not being able to Top-Up through the app. All this time my phone had been saying "Welcome To Red Pocket." Early this morning, the message change to "Your account cannot be validated, please check with Customer Service." Anyone else receiving this message on their phone? I just replied back to CellNuvo Support regarding this and still not being able to Top-Up.

Well you can continue to email them. You don't have to use the site. The site doesn't really add value so you aren't missing much by not using it.

It would be nice for some instructions or a little fanfare about the new system. Better yet some quicker and more useful responses.

Do you know whether you are able to address issues with multiple phones using one log-in or do you have to set up separate accounts?

This is a sign that your phone has been kicked out of rp and if you don't take action you will lose your phone number. If you reset your phone now you can see your number is 000-000-@#$%, and you will hear the number of code you have dialed is not...

Is there a chance that you've asked CellNuvo to recover an original number on this line?

I think Hungry-Hog is right that the error message seems to point to the number being deactivated. But we did see the same thing when folks were in the process of getting original numbers restored. (It seems this was done by deactivating a temporary number, and then activating the recovered number.)

You can do it under one log in. You just need to identify the line you are talking about in the tickets. I use one login for both mine.

Even though my GSM account has no any change (cannot top up) , I received an email saying my request "CellNUVO changed the status to Closed"

I asked CN support last week if GSM top up was working and they just replied that they are working to fix it as soon as possible.

Midweek last week then nothing.
