I've sent Support 2-3 e-mails since October 11th regarding no service and not being able to Top-Up through the app. All this time my phone had been saying "Welcome To Red Pocket." Early this morning, the message change to "Your account cannot be validated, please check with Customer Service." Anyone else receiving this message on their phone? I just replied back to CellNuvo Support regarding this and still not being able to Top-Up.
This is a sign that your phone has been kicked out of rp and if you don't take action you will lose your phone number. If you reset your phone now you can see your number is 000-000-@#$%, and you will hear the number of code you have dialed is not...
Is there a chance that you've asked CellNuvo to recover an original number on this line?
I think Hungry-Hog is right that the error message seems to point to the number being deactivated. But we did see the same thing when folks were in the process of getting original numbers restored. (It seems this was done by deactivating a temporary number, and then activating the recovered number.)
