I was never into hot sauce but I'm now having Cholula with my breakfast, mostly when I have breakfast meats.
It has a very unique taste and I see that it is using two peppers that no other hot sauce does.
I also sprinkle Old Bay on scrambled eggs or hash or breakfast meat which works well with Cholula.
I also like Franks Red Hot with Lime. It is particularly good when mixed into mayonnaise and spread onto both sides of the burger bun containing a salmon patty, thinly sliced tomato and shredded romaine and red onion.
I also found Impossible brand vegan sausage crumbles as a substitute for breakfast meat. Fry it just like regular sausage crumbles and mix it with small diced organic gold potatoes for breakfast hash.
