Unlock Page Plus / TracFone Phone?

Anyone have any guidance, tips, bookmarked information?

I haven't done it in years and never in re to Page Plus.

I can't find it now but I'm pretty sure I saw a post mentioning an automated system or # to send a text code to before having to resort to speaking with CS? Wondering if it would apply to, be worth a try with a phone from Page Plus.

It's a TCL A509DL, usually just referred to as TCL A3 or Alcatel A3

I guess just check/submit here & wait unless there are other tips or tricks I should know (like the text link)?

Well that didn't go smoothly at all.
Had to call in several times over about a 7 day period.
In the end successful though.
