Scratch "Scratch Wireless"

I was just looking at what Scratch Wireless had to offer and immediately started scratching my head in bafflement. Whoever runs this thing must have thought there were many turnip trucks still on the road. The last review on Amazon of this enterprise was in 2015, yet the Scratch website is still alive.

Well, as we know, some MVNOs' websites last longer than the MVNOs themselves (witness https://cellnuvo.com/ ). But 4 years-plus? That really is a head scratcher.

Calling under WiFi, GoogleVoice / Hangouts will do that. The owner just extended website registration for 4 more years to 2023, so maybe it will be out again with a different business model.

Perhaps start a new model from scratch.
