I probably should go back to debating with myself which of the two gurus I encountered as a result of the "God Bless Southern Delicacies" thread is right.
One insists you must twist the pastry cutter and the other absolutely proscribes it.:unsure:
Guess the best approach is use both methods with the next batch and measure which rises most.
