Quick help from Cellnuvo Support!

I asked for a transfer to my Sprint account a couple of days ago-- and had a rapid response from Stephanie at CS that something went awry. Sure enough, on finally following up today I realized I'd made a typo in the phone # and replied with a correction.
15 minutes later, Stephanie emailed me again to let me know the transfer had completed.

I, too, have been pleased with CN support lately. I inquired about several things in the past month as I started making payments via their app, along with a few registration questions, and all of my interactions/requests were handled quickly, courteously, and efficiently. Seems like that switch to the "jira" folks was a good move!
