Predict two weeks forward

I don't know how that can be addressed, except on an individual basis.

While I continue to get pissed at this company for not responding to me for service issues - having to wait days to get a response, that does not resolve the issue but kicks the can down the road, I am not at the point of telling others to not swipe as that must be each individual's self-determined option.

In your hypothetical, the answer is always going to be unknown as we can not know if there will be sufficient ads to swipe in the next minute, hour, day... ad infinitum. The company's track record is only a good predictor of unpredictability and non-reliability.
