Well I agree. I have been chasing an update for some time.

No answer from support

These answers are just as valid, only quicker:

Heard back from support. One email for one line gave detailed instructions on how to do a carrier reset (72786), the other email for another line just asked if my service was working fine now. My email to Tom was responded to with "have you provided support the ESN and phone number" and he completely ignored question/request for an update related to original numbers.

So basically still getting the same response, stated slightly differently, with no change in service (1 line with no service, 2 lines with call only service and 1 line with full service on temp number) and complete disregard for any question regarding status of original numbers.

Sent 4 emails to tom. He never responded

I don't think I've heard of anybody getting their original number back.
