Not quite a comparison, but Sprint has a comparison of the Big 4.
Section: Not all Unlimited is created equal
It is cheaper to buy Red Pocket annual plan from eBay (AT&T or Sprint network 5GB LTE plan is $240 regular price and $190 if you can wait.) and no need to form this family plan. Individual line has the option to add one time refill code if there is a big sale. Family plan does not have this option.
