Of all the current low cost cell plans out there (low cost meaning like $10), are there any that offer unlimited 2G (such as Tello for example) once your allocation runs out, throttled at 128k and allow tethering? Voice allocations and text messages can be very low. LTE data can be very low or even non existent for all I care. So, are there any such current plans out there? Tello would fit the bill, but it appears it is 64k throttling, so, they are very close to what I want!
