The tip that prompted me to start this thread:
If you have a credit card that gives you higher cashback on grocery stores (in my case American Express Blue Cash Preferred 6%), AND you have a choice between a Walmart Neighborhood store vs a regular Walmart store, note that the Neighborhood store is categorized as a grocery store.
So you can earn extra cashback on non grocery items sold at the neighborhood store eg toiletries, health and beauty products, household supplies, pharmacy.
