How do I know if I am included in the Settlement?
"You are included in the Settlement Class if you are a living individual residing in the United States and were sent a notice of the Data Incident indicating that your Private Information may have been impacted in the Data Incident.
Unique ID and PIN required for online Claim submission: You will need the Unique ID and PIN printed on the Postcard Notice that you received in the mail. If you did not receive a Postcard Notice or have lost yours, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@KrispyKremeDataSettlement.com or 1-877-239-1879 for assistance.
Class Members may submit a claim for an Alternative Cash Benefit estimated to be $75.00 per claimant."
