Instant Pot Boneless Pork Ribs

If I get brave enough to cook an an entree in an instant pot, I'm definitely following up with the brussels sprouts.

If a meat is cooked first, can I use the fat from the meat, or do I need to remove that & use something different?
(I use a tiny bit of olive oil on brussels sprouts in the microwave.)

I'd use whatever is leftover in the Instant Pot. If it's not enough, add a little olive oil. Have fun!
