Yes. You have to confirm a second time on the next screen. I take a screenshot so I have a record if there is any issue.
Thank you buddy. I cancelled all sims one by one. After that I logged out and signed in to find "you have not signed up for any service yet." I think I am done with FP. I had hoped that they will allow me to use my top up credits but since nobody talks about it I guess no such offer exists.
