I've been using the Instant Pot for years and it works great, just set and come back to ready cooked meal.
I am now using the toaster oven and my new air fryer... those have timers so if I don't need to flip it mid point, it's also set and come back to ready cooked food.
Can't do that with gas stove. Would be dangerous to do so even if you have that feature.
