I guess it's always possible that my waistline fluctuates somewhat. But it's not likely that my tape measure fluctuated. I'm glad to hear that others haven't had the same experience with sizing variations. (And my experience probably pre-dated the 3-year period, so I'd be more comfortable with an online order based on your experience.)

I ordered 4 pairs when they were ~$6/pair when there was some kind of sale at costco.com. However, I 100% agree with the shallow pocket issue, and I returned them due to that, and also because the 4 pairs I ordered in the same size all fit differently. I'm happy you haven't had fit issues, but it's a real problem with these jeans.

So what are the list of eligible carriers? Does Tello count?

Apple offers a Mastercard that gives 3% rebate on everything. Guess it has been out a while but I only just found out!

Edit: NVM, it's not 3% rebate for everything...

Isn't the 3% limited to 10 or so merchants (apple, Nike T-Mobile, etc). You get 2% with apple pay and 1% when you use the physical card every where else.

If you are in no hurry there are often $50/$75 sign up bonuses requiring little spend to qualify for Apple card.

Card will earn the following rewards:

And on a completely separate note: Three pairs of sale priced Costco Kirkland jeans were delivered to our home yesterday.
All were true to size and fit well.
I didn't even have to get out the tape measure.

Speaking of 17+" laptops...
Anyone have suggestions of a cheap ($10 or less) but decent case/sleeve for this size.
I thought I found a nice (surplus) Dell case on eBay, even sent them the dimensions of the computer I needed the case for, they said it would fit but no joy.
All I currently have that fits it is a clunky old computer bag.

On another note, is there a way to turn off these link previews? I find them mostly annoying, not helpful, interrupt reading flow too much on mobile.

I really like the link previews. They help me decide rather or not I want to spend any more time on a given issue. I've no problem with them on laptop or mobile.

That's great BUT is there an option to turn them off that I'm missing (I've looked).
I really, really don't like them.

Well, I only really like them--but you really, really dislike them.
So I hope there's an option to address your concerns

Yeah, would be happy to have missed a setting for it.

Not a bad price to get an iPhone SE (gen 3) that would have security update for 6 years (seems to be current Apple policy).

$2.50/mo plan that includes some International calls.

Has anyone verified that the RP eBay $30/360 days plan is all that's needed to get the RP iPhone SE (2022) unlocked? Thanks.

Sadly, in looking at the RP eBay $30/360 days deal its dropdown shows only GSMT, so its '2 major networks' are still just Sprint & Tmob.
A shame they don't offer that great deal for AT&T.

I would point people to consider the Visible deal mmfacemm posted above @ $185 + tax (inc. 3 mo. service) after $300 rebate card IF they have a # handy to port in.

I went on RP chat and asked about the $200 off GSMA thing on the product page. This SE is locked to GSMA service.

Thanks for the reminder. I really don't want a new phone, or even an iPhone, but the value proposition is good, and maybe playing with an iPhone would be fun. We'll see!
