I let my account go until the expiration date and it autorenewed :ohmy: . My understanding was that you had to renew manually monthly but I guess not?
I've seen a couple of reports similar to yours.
Personally, I'm not going to rely on auto-renewal, since I'm actively using the line. I think the official requirement is still to renew manually.
