During Covid-19 more people have started using mobile banking apps, and it follows that cyber-crooks will follow the money to people's phones.
At the very minimum, use a different device than your daily phone and ensure the phone is still getting security updates. Seems Samsung only supports their phone for 3 years. Apple seem to support their phone for 6 years. Something to consider.
