Does Elon know something we don't? Maybe we'll need these when we colonize Mars. This guy never ceases to amaze. As an aside, his tunnel concept in video below is right out of a sci-fi movie.

Archaeologists have discovered underground societies... no reason we cannot live underground... esp if we go to other plants and worry about excess radiation at the surface. BTW, Mars is farther from the Sun than Earth...
