I've still been able to earn silver every day since the outage (2 and 4 point ads no 30 point ads) even last night I earned 100 silver but 'today' it has stopped giving me any silver even though I still get the 2 and 4 point ads. Not sure what it all means. My phone is active on RedPocket with a number in my area code nut not my old CellNuvo number. I can make calls and text and data works. RedPocket says I'm on the 'Essential' plan and they know I'm part of the CellNuvo crossover. Fortunately, this is not my main phone but a backup. I feel sorry for those that had it for their main phone as that would no doubt triple the frustration. So we all continue to sit and wait...
Earning on my lines stopped about the same time as the outage (Friday 8/18) and has not worked since. Interesting that it continued to work for some people.
JTSR71, MicrotonalBanana,
It looks like a new update. I checked early this morning. The old one had Tom's name at the bottom. Maybe we're getting closer to getting our original numbers back-hopefully-
There's been a separate one at /update.html for a while also. Either way, hopefully original numbers are back soon like you said! It has been far too long.
Ran out of data at 50 MB on a temporary CellNuvo number RedPocket line, even though CellNuvo said something about 250 MB. Maybe it's because CellNuvo hasn't been informed of whether Option 1 or Option 2 was selected. In any case, CellNuvo said in 1 of the threads of this forum to reach out to support@cellnuvo.com if data ran out. That's been done, & hope to get more than 50 MB data next round.
I reported yesterday that silver was no longer being added to my account even though I watched dozens of adds. Well, for some reason, today they are working again. I earned a couple hundred just a few min. ago.
Interesting-- I emailed Cellnuvo CS to let them know that I wanted to choose option 1., the 25% bonus until 2018, for my old and temp. #s, and I received an email form CN "one" minute later saying that my option had been noted. Something does work there."Its been noted.
I think another poster brought this up somewhere. Perhaps after all the dust has settled, CN can change their business model to just focus on CN app to generate revenues allowing customers to redeem silvers for Red Pocket gift cards that customers can use it any ways they see fit. Forget about managing phone #s and device ESNs side of the business and let their customers deal directly with Red Pocket regarding signing up for plans, phone devices, and technical issues. And CN probably wouldn't need to hire more employees.
If you want just that then there are already established players - swagbucks is a popular one. Earn swagbucks watching ads, completing offers, doing surveys etc and spend them on gift cards or even paypal cash.
It was mentioned in Feb that instead of doing cellnuvo one could do swagbucks and then use that to pay for any service you want.
The benefit of cellnuvo is bringing it all together in a relatively simple way. One stop shop. I think it offers something unique and would be happy if they kept it as is. I think once the dust settles things should improve considerably on the cellular side
