What is the TOS for CN again? If we do not earn points, then they zero out out balance? And, by making it impossible to earn points, looks like we get our total earnings wiped out. Am I wrong?
i don't think there has been a requirement to earn points to keep an account active for some time now.

At some point in time but that was removed from the faqs some time ago. In any case even if you were inactive you could reactivate simply by swiping an ad. It never resulted in account closure.
