Clear app cache.
Rebooted phone.
Start app & swiped for ads.
Yup, did all 4 listed above plus reset Google Ad ID. Still getting all Citi ads with no credits.
Same here. Completed those steps then received two Starbucks, a Citi add, a Coastguard add and then 2 more Citi
yes. despite force close and clear cache and manually delete all .citi files in the cellnuvo folder using Efile Explore, I continue to get 8 out of 10 as Citi ads. So I don't think the 'faucet' has been turned off yet.
Followed all the steps, still getting mostly Citi ads as well...
Citi ads are gone now. Getting a little bit of Coast Guard ads here and there...at least it credits.

two vehicle videos don't award points either. one is for a luxury car, the other one is for a truck. the truck video is 36 seconds for 5 points, after watching the video it tells you that you have earned 5 points, but i did not see the points awarded.
