Oh, ok. Moving on. It's great to see action taking place on the website, but I think it's highly suspect and irresponsible for there to be no communication from CN to its subscribers for such an extended period of time. I think the subscribers deserve to hear something. It doesn't have to be a full accounting of the CN business plan, but c'mon. Say something.

In any case Doe can still comment on buildcircle.com that TDH messed up in certain ways. Just as we can pick out things redpocket messed up. Which is what the original comment you made was aimed at I think. It helps others to reconsider any direct relationship with redpocket as well as with cellnuvo. But yes of course cellnuvo are the ones ultimately responsible - they chose redpocket and should make sure any issues customers see are fixed promptly and professionally.

Cellnuvo 3.0 sounds like a better system if the payment system actually works (which is a big question mark), if it doesn't take forever to be launched (and work properly), and if the ability to use gold freely doesn't end up in a cash flow disaster. Some big ifs until proven otherwise. I just want to be able to spend my gold on reliable service and getting to pick any provider without any middle man involved in tech support would be a win win scenario.

I usually get the same type of reply from support. Tell them that I have already tried their suggested fix and then ask for them to help but end up not hearing back from them for days to weeks later.

When they do reply it is often them telling me to do the same thing again.

You're almost tempted to reply back to support, "Maybe it's something as simple as...the carrier is waiting for CellNUVO to pay them. Could you try that please?"

They now have an automatic reply which comes from jira@nuvosupport.atlassian.net
CellNuvo should come clean! If you are still in business respond to your customers in a timely fashion. If not, then call it quits.
