CellNUVO Support wrote: UPDATE

No service yet.

It appears the outage is affecting more than just a subgroup of customers.

All of us signed up roughly at the same time or this year. It is still possible that it is just affecting those who say signed up since Feb this year. There must have been many before we all joined who don't participate in these forums. But there is no way to tell.

Our account numbers may give a clue on the number of subscribers. I have one ending 4500ish (back in early Feb) and another later one with the same string but ending in in 14000ish (late March). Considering about 20 of us have spoken up about the outage it is still quite conceivable it is only a select few.

Isamorph,
You're too funny  :P-but you're right

A consideration: although I have no knowledge of how an MNVO technically functions, if, as Tom says, a "company" that was handling back office work just up and quit, forcing CellNuvo to move prematurely to a new platform, this seems to be a major issue to deal with, an issue where one cannot just call up can a temp agency called "Programmers are Us" and have proficient telecom people in the office the next day raring to go. There are probably contract issues, finding another source to fill the hole left by the bankrupt co., and who know what else to contend with. In short, CellNuvo may have taken a big hit that will require some time to recover from. Maybe there are some lawsuits on the horizon, a situation that requires mumness. To be continued.
