When I go to swaps, all I get is a blank page. Is that what you guys see too? Few days ago the swap choices were still there.
All gone and swap history gone also.
Stephanie's email mentioned changes coming
There was an email sent? What else did it say? When are swaps coming back? I never got an email about changes.
I was able to get an email from cellnuvo a few days ago.
Hi there,
I do apologize for the delay- as we are still awaiting payment from our largest ad network, all pending swaps have been returned (please let me know if you do not see that your points have been returned and we'll look into it). We are changing our swap system (more than likely we will be only having instant swaps in the future, based on customer feedback). Once you see instant swaps available, you will be able to request for your points to be cashed out. Again, I apologize for the delay and please let me know if you have any other questions- thanks and have a great night.

Ok, I saw that earlier. Nothing more since? Any word on when this new instant swap thing will be open for use? This makes no sense to me. Why keep cancelling swaps already initiated because of lack of revenue and then shut down ALL choices with the shaky promise ("more likely than not") of instant swaps. What's the instant swap rate going to be? This is madness. Sheer madness.
You are over thinking this. Without more information from Stephanie. We have to rely on existing information.
1). Stephanie says cellnuvo not paid by ad supplier for 9 months. So cellnuvo stopped using this company. So no ads in app.
- Stephanie said in hopes of getting paid they will change swaps to instant.
3). Why would instant rate change? It won't. . 2 to 1 ratio
4). Why keep swaps pages up if they not paying anyway.
Of course the whole thing is mad. Why do work on a app if you plan on going BK.
It is like foreclosure on a house but before you vacate the property you remodel the bathrooms for $30,000
I have no idea why cellnuvo is spending money on the app. Unless they plan to get paid.
Of course the naysayers will say is it cuz cellnuvo wants you to keep swapping and it's smoke and mirrors.
And again I say. What ads? That is just nonsense talk.
There are ads showing on both apps, at least for me. People are winning split the pots, o others must be getting ads too. Whats BK?
I believe 'BK' is lexusl21's shorthand for 'bankrupt or 'bankruptcy'.
O I thought BK was burger king was very confused. Ads work for me decent. Just not swiping much. Get a couple surveys. Match the pot. Then it slows . Reset. Not worth the time though.

Glad to hear you're seeing some ads and sruveys. That was my experience a few weeks ago when I still swiped intermittently-- but I haven't been trying it lately. If it was a consistent production, rather than only the first few minutes, I'd be more likely to swipe.

Cellnuvo isn't going bankrupt. SMH.
Since they cleared out swaps, you might want to go to app> then settings> then account info and take a screenshot of your points. Before they accidentally disappear.
Good idea.
Anyone notice if they've been getting the referral points?
On another note, I can't believe ads and surveys are still flowing like water on 3.15 (no points though).
Today was the day our $475 worth of swaps would have come due (4 month). We know we’re not alone in this and many folks here probably had much more coming due than we did. Our group of twelve referrals had over $1900 collectively due in swaps in July. Two of our referrals will be in CN’s area next week on business, wonder if Tom’s lunch offer still stands?
I figure minimum $200,000. Maybe double that. My friend and I have 1,200. No hurry to pay. Why should they. Here's your sign

I hear there are some good free Soup kitchens in Chicago. But seriously, hope you get paid what should be coming to you.![]()

Lol, Thanks! We appreciate that!
Actually if CN could recover from this we’d hope those folks like Chelle and others who were saving on the installment plan were taken care of first. Those folks really got a raw deal.

I recommend Pacific Garden Mission on South Canal Street (formerly on South State Street).
I'm a longtime donor and I try to visit any time I'm in Chicago.
They serve over 1500 meals per day and volunteers offer amazing services like free medical and dental care, free haircuts, free clothes (with attendants to help you find the best fitting clothes), etc. They also have beds and showers.
It's an amazing place that's been serving the community's homeless population for over 140 years.
If you've ever wanted to donate to an organization that makes every dollar work hard for the intended recipients, I recommend the Pacific Garden Mission.
And you're welcome to tour and even eat there if you go visit. You'll meet some great folks. (Including the homeless folks.)
Thanks
