I never even used 10mb of data and got cut off. My wifes note 3 has been in the house on wifi the whole time and when I checked it no longer has data. I still have phone service. Ready to sell a few phones if they ever get released.
maybe you did too many 71786 and prl profane updates? they use data and do not show in data use i guess.
Do they use data if they don't connect/take?
It would seem like you have no way to be charged for data if the update didn't associate your device with the system.
