Looks to me like the Red Pocket "3GB LTE/mo then unlimited 2G"12-mo plan for $255 on Amazon... Then after 12 mo, looks like I can renew at $255/year again. What are your thoughts?
BTW, what speed is Red Pocket Verizon's "throttled 2g"?
Yes probably. Depends on whether you want any bells and whistles. Native tethering is blocked on most android phones for example. No visual voicemail. VoLTE can be added though.
Your other two options with cellnuvo gold are total wireless and verizon prepaid. Both are more expensive but have their own pros and cons vs redpocket.
This is from memory but I think it's 128kbps, which is still a useful speed.
