Battery-less Android...somehow?

Back story:
I have 3 older (unactivated) Android devices set up as different things.
One is a really good digital clock;
( https://apkpure.com/big-digital-clock/de.andreas1724.bigdigitalclock/download )
Another Just runs Weawow;
( Weawow - Download the app (apk) )
And one mines Bee.

Eventually being powered up 24/7 their batteries fail & in the past I've just found the least cost OEM replacements to keep 'em going.

I'd like to break that cycle if possible, so I've done a bunch of searching & found supposed 'solutions' involving taking apart batteries, soldering in wires & other rather invasive methods.

So...does anyone here know a simpler method to use an Android device minus the need for its battery ??

Thanks for any helpful replies !!

:sob:
Looks like I have yet another UNanswerable question.
BooHooHoo.
