Any updates on swap or eCheck?

Yes, a sad anniversary of sorts. Who woulda thunk that July 12th was the last of the "good old days", at least for some?

Given the deafening silence from CN, I am personally inclined to believe that the end is near. But however things play out, I am grateful for over a year's worth of service on one of our phones, compliments of the CN app.

Yes agreed. These free providers have their frustrations but I am grateful for what I get out of them whilst they last. If people find them to be too stressful, too unpredictable, or too much work then there are plenty of excellent low cost providers out there. I am happy to be in the niche that finds value in them.

I, for one, want and expect to get paid.

Agreed,. How much you waiting on?

I'm hoping to redeem hundreds at some point. How much are you waiting to redeem?

I have about 700-800 golds and I have never purchased phone service. I feel hateful because I requested payment before the new rules were announced but my request was denied though I was promised that I would get the phone.

Me too. Waiting on hundreds myself.

I feel your pain.

I have over 500 not paid. emailed Tom. Nothing... Emailed Stephanie. Nothing...

Me too.

Wow that is a lot. Congrats!

You are way ahead of me. I must be in a dead zone. I have not gotten many ads at all for a long time

Hope all you guys get paid.

How much are you waiting for?

I sure hope payment does take place, as we were unable to cash out on the phone payment (that account is presently at $564 in funds). I have not logged into the other family accounts we had, but my guess is that we have about $900 - $1000 in total.

At this point, I would be willing to cash out at 25% of the value and call it the end of what was a nice relationship but that has not been offered.

Oddly they haven't at least returned to the long term payment options. At least put some effort into faking it.

It is straight forward. No grey area

Either will continue the business or they won't
The answer is coming soon. If my memory serves me. The longest support/Stephanie has taken to reply was 3 weeks

Until CN comes out of hiding, plenty of us are sitting smack dab in the middle of a grey area. The apps still operate if people are still winning pots. So I don't think they've closed shop. They're just not paying. Will they eventually or will they not = grey area.

I never understood the slience part. Real leaders/ceo take the bull by the horns and give guidance to their base. If it is over. Say so. If not explain what they trying to accomplish.

I think Tom is doing his best to be a man of his words. He is trying to make the ad wholesalers pay him so that he can pay his employees and customers and himself. Unfortunately, some people have abused the system and refused to pay. He still has hope on it, and I still have hope on him. I spent lots of time on watching those ads and crap and somebody has to compensate me because I cannot unsee them and get my time back. Tom could move forward and start a new business in another industry be it landscaping or porn. He should keep the system record and pay us when he has money even if he decides to abandon this business. Many people would have quit and disappeared in this situation, but I think Tom has a higher business standard for himself.

That's the hopeful spirit!

Some people have abused the system? But no one seems to know how? Considering that Cellnuvo controls how points are allocated and how they are redeemed, it would seem unlikely for anyone to abuse them. Of course, their website has always advertised "no limits". Maybe that wasn't the word choice they really meant.
