Any hypoglycemic folks here?

Having lived with hypoglycemia for decades as well as dietary limitations - it has gotten to a point of difficulty lately.

Eating a little bit of food every couple of hours does keep it at a level which avoids the 'fading' - but finding acceptable snacks is difficult.

The (rather severe) limitations:

  • Zero peanuts/cashews or other mucilaginous stuff like them;
  • No sugars (obviously), nor anything sweet;
  • No wheat;
  • No dairy.

I have hoped to find some sort of recipe based upon coconut flour and/or plain oats to make bars or patties, preferably without needing to use eggs, but so far haven't found such a recipe.

Does anyone else here live with this condition & have you found some great & harmless snacks ??
