Does anyone know if this is good for just the remainder of the billing cycle it is purchased in, for 30 days from purchase, or forever until it is used up?

does anyone know if the "add more add ons", extra 200mb of data purchase deducts from your credit card only? Is the only way to deduct from your rewards an email to support? Thxs
The last confirmation we had was that you could buy the data add-ons with rewards only by contacting support. The feature to do it in your dashboard was 'coming soon', but I don't know if anyone has tried it recently.
