Where does one get games for Oculus VR system?

I'm way out of my area on this one, and hoping for a little clarity from someone.....

My godson has an Oculus VR unit-- I think maybe an Oculus Quest-- and a birthday coming up fast. I'd like to get him a gift card so he can pick a game, but..... I don't know how games are purchased, or where I might buy a gift card for same......
