does it throtle to 5M pm wifi hotspot? is it fast enough to use on Netflex?

dave69. I just ran three speed tests and it averaged 9.98 Mbps for the download. I live in a rural area outside of Richmond, VA. I
In my tests, it does throttle to 5mbps when in hotspot mode. That's enough for me to stream one TV feed without buffering and have enough headroom for web browsing at the same time. (iPhones can have more than one device connected to the hotspot. On my Android, I use a small travel router via USB tether, and then the other devices connect to the WiFi router.)
